Originally from France, I moved to London in 1997.
I come from a family and a culture that places food at the centre of life, but it was my recurrent back pain that led me to explore alternative ways of improving my health. After many years in the corporate world – where I was sitting for hours at a desk – I decided to change my life and put health as my number one priority.
I trained as a Nutritional Therapist to understand my own health condition. I learned that by changing my nutrition and lifestyle habits as well as listening to my body and managing my emotions, I can achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Now I want to share my knowledge with others so they can experience vibrant health as well.
